All RUs in ASBeST will work in close collaboration in the whole project. However, the multidisciplinary nature of the research program naturally sets specific responsibilities in the different WPs:

RU1 - University of Campania, Department of Mathematics and Physics

1. Provide  an intense ⁷Be beam for ion implantation on the devices
2. Perform the RBS/C characterization

RU2 - CNR IMM Bologna

RU3 - INFN Roma-LNGS

1. High-accuracy measurement of the ⁷Be half life embedded in the SiC wafer
2. gamma-ray characterization, including simulation code and data analysis

RU4- University of Salerno, Department of Engineering
